Week 17: In My View

I consider climate change a major issue and we are not doing anything to stop it. Barely every day we see bad news about the world’s condition and we just ignore them due to the fact that climate change is not affecting us directly; at least for now. As everybody knows, it is growing progressively and its consequences are going to be seen at any minute. I tell you all this because we are the ones to blame, we are destroying the place that gives us life. The poles are being melting, natural disasters are being stronger and weirder than before. However, most of these things do not affect us in our day life so we do not care about it. Are we going to wait until it is too late? It seems to me that it is going to be this way. We need to wake up. We need to make changes now. The change is in everybody’s hands; reducing pollution is fundamental and taking public transport or riding your bike is enough to reduce it. We should use our energy wisely with tips as changing our light bulbs to efficient ones. Summing up, I must say that sharing the message is barely as important as use it.
